Patnaik Assures Free Power for 90% of Families Starting July if BJD Wins!

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik held his third roadshow in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday, urging voters in the Bhubaneswar-North assembly segment to support BJD candidates. The roadshow, beginning at Rental Chowk, featured multiple stops where Patnaik reiterated key promises from the BJD manifesto, including free electricity and expanded healthcare benefits. Addressing enthusiastic crowds, Patnaik assured that 90% of families in the state will receive free electricity from July if the BJD returns to power. He also pledged that all residents would be provided with Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) health cards.

 In his engaging style, Patnaik asked the crowd if they were satisfied with his leadership and the BJD's governance, receiving a positive response. He urged voters to support BJD candidates by choosing the party’s conch symbol in the upcoming elections.

 The roadshow continued through key areas, including Patia Square, Salia Sahi, Mayfair, Xavier Square, Chandrasekharpur Petrol Pump, and Damana. Bhubaneswar's Lok Sabha constituency, encompassing seven Assembly segments, is set to vote on May 25. BJD has nominated Susant Kumar Rout for the North seat, competing against Priyadarshi Mishra of the BJP and Ashok Kumar Das from Congress.
